Hotels near Marina Mirage Shopping Centre, Gold Coast

- The lobby is beautiful - the breakfast is fantastic and there is a wide variety of food - 2 exceptional pools, one which is a fish filled lagoon which you can snorkel - my son loved the sea scooter - the room was clean and modern - beautiful ocean view on high floor - Woody on 'at your service' had all the answers to my questions - self service laundry room very clean and reasonably priced - Lani (I think that was your name at the poolside) was SUPER helpful and friendly and gave us lots of tips and advice about our stay in the Gold Coast, she even sent me a postcard to wish us a lovely stay after our conversation ❤️ - Amit on the front desk was very pleasant on check in - Sohei was very helpful at the bar for questions - There was a younger lad at the front of the hotel on Tuesday night who had greeted us in such a Friendly manner for 2 days straight (sorry didn't catch your name) All in all, the hotel is really lovely and I can't find much to fault, but it was the staff who really made the stay exceptional, nothing was too much and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help. Thanks to you all.

Beautiful, serene and loved our stay here!!

Super central location, beautiful flat, stunning views, lovely staff…

Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean with amazing views, and the toiletries, towels, robes and even hair dryer all seemed high end. We loved all the splashes of colour and style, really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the Fixx cafe area was very convenient and lovely and sunny in the mornings. It was a short walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and there were some great restaurants right on the doorstep.

Everything. The room is spacious and superb. Location is strategic and nearby amenities-tram, chempro, convenient shops, restaurants, beaches.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating to my request. My husband was celebrating his 40th birthday and I emailed Voco beforehand if I could have the room decorated as a surprise for him. They replied and said that I could send them the balloons/decors before we arrive and they'll organise it for me. When we arrived, the front desk staff Marina was very lowkey about it (which I love!), she asked us to wait in the lobby for a while and gave us coffee. I assume she went up the room and checked it herself first if before letting us in. The surprise was a success thanks to the hotel staff! It made our stay even more memorable. Both of us felt so special during our stay. The room is spacious, had a great view, comfy bed, clean bathroom. The location is very convenient too. lt is right in front of the tram station, Surfers Paradise, and right across Skypoint. The beach is just a 5-min walk. Check in and check out were seamless. The buffet breakfast was also great. I was surprised to see rice on the spread because the Asian in me LOVED it!! Haha! I would highly recommend this hotel 👌🏻
