While the resort is not a cheap place I was glad that tent is not the only cheap option there. And to be honest with the experience from other hostels in Australia, this dorm was super clean and the bed was really comfartable. :)

    Better than I expected!

    Better than I expected! People - HIRE A BIKE, not a segwey!! Soooo much cheaper and you can ride all the way around in 3 hours. We originally booked segweys but cancelled due to the exhorbitant cost and got bikes instead which ended up so much better because they're faster and more comfortable and you don't have to worry about how to ride it so you can concentrate fully on taking in the scenery. Also a mesh flyscreen hat!! Life saver for everywhere around here. We didn't need it for Uluru because we went in the am but definitely did for other places like Kata Tjuta later that day.
