perfect central location. WONDERFUL attention to detail from the candle scent in the reception the themed trees in the room. I cannot say what I liked because I adored all of it - the embossed towels, the tapestry cushions, the comfy lounge chairs and the stunning breakfast - both food and location.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. The room was cosy and the bathroom was modern and nice. We asked for a bathtub and the hotel made sure we had one. Convenient location, right in the center but far enough to be quite both in the day and night.

Each of the staff we met at this hotel were exceptional and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect with it on the Dijver canal with some of the most magical views in Brugge. We had a canal view room which was lovely, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious with many options. When in Brugge, this will be our choice everytime.
