This was truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel at home right away. Great location, very close to the University of Namur and train station. There is a possibility to aerate the room naturally for some time or cut off external noises by closing windows and using A/C. The bed was very comfortable, curtains enebled rest by blocking lights completely. There is a possibility to resign of the room service. You can make yourself a cup of tea/coffee downstairs near check-in. Breakfasts have sweet and savory choices. Thre is a lovely terrace on the highest floor available for guests within certain time limits. The hotel staff is very kind and supportive
