The hotel is located in a part of the city that is safe enough even if you come in the evening, like we. We came from Charleroi airport, took a bus to Midi Station, then took the metro to Rogier station and arrived in front of the hotel. It couldn't be simpler. There is coffee and tea and water 0.5 l in the room. The staff is very friendly and considering that Brussels is a big city, you simply feel safe. Any recommendation for choosing this hotel.

Not only is the hotel charming and in a wonderful location, but every one was so helpful and kind which I truly appreciate as my daughter got sick in the middle of the night. Great facilities like a fitness studio and sauna. We loved the water server system. We had unlimited drinking sparkling water!!!! We were also able to get the extra towels from the fitness studio, it was great. The parking is super close from the hotel.
