Everything, I have stayed here many times and the hotel is perfect. The rooms feel like they are brand new. The air conditioning is perfect. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I can always get a place to park next to the door.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received during my recent stay in Sofia. When I arrived, I was met with an unexpected public transport strike, which made my stay quite challenging. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist me in securing a taxi but was unfortunately unable to do so. To my pleasant surprise, one of the staff members generously offered me a ride in her private car. I insisted on offering her money for the ride, but she kindly refused. Her kindness truly made a significant difference in my day. While the hotel itself may be a regular establishment, it is the warmth and willingness of the team to help that truly stands out. The exceptional attitude and generosity of the staff have left a lasting impression on me. Thank you once again for welcoming me to Sofia. I look forward to my next visit!
