Very comfortable rooms, parking free, located in the centre of Pleven, lots of restaurants close and no noise during the night. Staff professional, multilingual speaking, especially Mrs Lily that speaks a perfect Italian and she's alwasy kind with Splendid's customers. For sure I'll return back to be guested of this hotel.

It's just a great place to stay in Pleven. Parking, kinda important, is free and definitely a plus. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pretty polite. A/C worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy. Wifi was fast and reliable. The sauna was also very well-equipped for use, and the breakfast was fantastic. Very vibrant and fresh ambient. Nice architecture and decoration! No noise coming from the street. We would stay here again. The location of the hotel is excellent. Perfectly value for money in Pleven!

have stayed here several times and would not hesitate to do so again. staff always welcoming and helpful. clean, comfortable rooms, especially the suites, and location perfect for bars and restaurants. supermarket just one minute walk from hotel.
