We received an upgrade to a suite which was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent for restaurants and bars. The hotel breakfast was also excellent with many varied choices.

We loved staying here. The hotel is very well situated for all the main sites in Rio. The views are amazing and it is directly opposite the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the large pool and the food was delicious.

This is my second time at Sheraton in Rio and I absolutely think is the best hotel in Rio! I have stayed already in many different places, but the fact that inside Sheraton you have everything makes a big difference in a complex city like Rio. The rooms are big and super comfortable. Staff are friendly and always willing to help… Concierge’s are super knowledgeable and helpful. The fact that they have many restaurants inside the hotel and also the pool service is very cool. The beach in front of the hotel is so nice! You don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to (although would be a big mistake, since you are in Rio 😉). It’s also possible to go for a nice walk/cycle from the hotel to Leblon beach, which is super nice! I specially recommend this hotel for foreigners visiting Rio for the first time that seek a more comfortable experience.
