Liked the small scale of the hotel with only 4 floors and having all the amenities of a larger hotel. The thoughtful placement of the electronic controls for the window shades and room lights made it very convenient to use from anywhere in the room. Loved the luxurious bathroom finishes and the quality of the bath products.

We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. The property was clean, spacious, modern and secure. An Eaton Centre entrance was across the street so we were able to shop and explore with ease. There was a little convenience store downstairs for purchasing small incidentals.
