From check in to check out was very smooth. The day was very enjoyable and comfortable. I Mostly like the kindness of the staff, the decoration of the rooms and the prompt response for any request. One of my favourite hotels. Beautiful and modern with lovely spacious, well appointed rooms. Large modern bathrooms with amazing showers. Large extra comfortable bed. Nice restaurant on site. Very convenient for city centre, shopping and nightlife. Great value for money considering it is five star and has a city centre location

Upgraded to a suite which was fabulous. Location was right on the Bow river and next to the CTrain route. Complimentary breakfast with a great choice. Lovely staff who are super helpful. Rooftop restaurant and bar with fabulous views.

Staff was super friendly, loved the "Grab & Go" breakfast option. We had that 3 out of 4 mornings during our busy stay. The room was spacious and the location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Had a wonderful walk through the nearby island park and lots of restaurant options close by.

    Groovy feel here. Good place for a variety of international fast foods and groceries. The cinema often features thought-provoking films. Don't come to this part of town on your own after dark. Perfectly safe during the day, though.
