Room service and staff were all excellent. The location is just the best. Quick access to the metro and many buses. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops. The subway access within the building was nice because it was chilly outside.

The Pan Pacific was very clean, confortable, and the personal were very friendly. The Chinese Restaurant inside was amazing and the servers were incredible. I travel with children and they had a great time there.
