My overall stay was 10/10 from the cleanliness of the hotel to the friendliness of the staff. The hotel's location is central in that it was just footsteps away from the local restaurants/bar. I would most definitely revisit.

They REALLY care about your pet. All the details : Bed, bowls, treats, bow tie... It was absolutely cute. They also said that if your dog is howling, crying, etc they will call you and ask if they can get in to comfort your pet. Isn't cute ?????

THe location of the hotel is suberb right next to the much more expensive chateau frontenac, close to everything in old quebec city palace royal, ferry to levis, petit champlain neighborhood, so close that you can come take rests at your room during the day. The hotel is also very maintained and rooms for families are perfect. Everything modern and working at a very fair price.

    You wouldn’t expect to see a large amusement park in this...

    You wouldn’t expect to see a large amusement park in this mall but it was a hit with my kids. Go earlier in the day when the lineups are shorter. We spend about 4 hours there mostly in the rides but we did go to play mini golf (very overpriced). Shopping was decent. Good selection.
