You are in the middle of attractions like Mt royal (19min walk) and downtown old Montreal (20mins walk). Also close to the train station or bus station (about 15mins walk) and less than 8mins walk to two subways: Mgill and place des arts. The common areas are nice. It's a great vibe to sit, and people watch too. Gym"s great, and the breakfast is great for the price you pay for everything. And the staff are very friendly.
