    We went specifically to shop at Uniglo store. We find that the clothes are reasonably priced and fit us well. Also stopped at Mugi store which sells good quality items and somewhat reasonable prices.

    Value value value!! Current hotel and air bnb pricing in Vancouver is ridiculous. 400-600 per night for less than four star accommodation is the norm. This private room with ensuite bathroom provides a comfortable bed, and a good location near Richmond center and train (public transport) connection. I travel a lot and use booking.com often. The 8+ rating on this property is accurate and well deserved unlike several other properties I’ve stayed at recently.

    The community is very quiet and safe. Restaurants and grocery stores are within the walking distance. Besides, the place is not far from the Richmond center where I can access the shopping mall, library and the skytrain to downtown.

    This was my second stay at this property. The place is in a very residential and quiet area near Richmond center, with access to lots of shops and transportation options a short walk away. Respectful and nice owners/maintainers. If you leave the room early and return late, you are very likely to not see anyone else during your stay. Comfortable bed.
