Excellent service in general, however truly exceptional service and quality experience at Epoch - the manager Yaroslav is amazing alongside his team at the bar, Jon and Ozzy. They really went above and beyond to make special experiences happen and I will come back to this property expecially because of them. Truly WOW! And truly oustanding gentlemen.

Getting through the aquarium is easy but getting out is...

Getting through the aquarium is easy but getting out is slightly confusing. The exit back to the beginning is through the gift shop but the signs don't make that clear. Definitely plan to take a while in there as there is so much to see. If you need a breather from the city, the husbandry tank is so soothing and beautiful.
