The entire staff was very nice. But, the shuttle driver was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. At 1:30AM that morning he willingly took my daughter and I to the airport to collect our luggage which was lost! He was exceptional at directing us to the correct area in the airport to collect our bags and told us where he would be waiting for us. I’m so sorry I did not get his name.

There is a coin laundry facility and great free continental breakfast! Kids love the freshly made pancake machine! The room is clean and spacious! I’m surprised that they have rooms for people with special needs! Thats awesome and it’s friendly to all guests!

The hotel was in a very convenient location with a shuttle bus to the airport. The hotel itself is very nice - rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant in lobby has good selection of food and friendly staff.
