Comfortable bed and pull out bed and the decor and ambiance was warm and cozy. Professional front desk staff who upgraded our room and helped us get to our sightseeing destination Location is just a few minutes walk from the train station even if you have luggage it is still easy and convenient. Bus terminals are nearby and Uber/lyft is easy to use as well. Heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants around the area.

    Very well located in the heart of Vancouver. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was a 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable and roomy. Able to leave our bags at checkin. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Yaletown and Granville Island as well as Gastown. I would highly recommend this hotel.
