The staff were exceptional. Gave us lots of advice, and also a membership card to the art gallery. The room was lovely and has recently been refurbished, we were given an upgrade, but the receptionist team could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was very good, continental selection as standard, but still very good. My husband also particularly liked their homemade yoghurt for breakfast. The location was great, easy to find and quite close to the main station, only 2 or 3 minute walk from the old town where the shops and restaurants are.

breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. I really felt like at home.

This boutique hotel is conveniently located in Zürich, very close to the Limmat river, tram lines, eateries, attractions, and walking distance to Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Every staff person we interacted with were friendly and professional. Breakfast (included with our stay) was simple, yet delicious. Coffee, tea, and water available at all hours. Our Double Room was spacious and very well appointed.

    Go here for the views and to take a boat trip around the lake. There are short and long excursions as well as trips to Rapperswil at the other end of the lake. Boats are comfortable and many have restaurants on board. The tickets are part of the integrated travel system, so you can buy one which allows you to get off at any village on the way, then take the train back to town if you're tight for time.
