Everything. Dani and Linda welcomed us with open arms into their hotel and treated us like family. From Swiss chocolates every morning to champagne on arrival, my partner and I had the most amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at staying at a hotel with fantastic views and ever better service. We loved everything with our stay. The location - it is set out from the main centre, but a short 5-minute bus ride from the main station (which the hotel will give you a pass that includes free bus rides and discount attractions). The room, AMAZING! The decor was stunning, had cabin vibes. We loved laying in bed with the window open listening to the cowbells. The best part, the restaurant - Oh my goodness, the best food. We had dinner, our waitress was incredibly lovely, we also had breakfast which was so yummy and fresh! There isn't a single thing I could fault during this stay.

Ten minute walk from the Interlaken OST train station. Upgraded w/o asking. Rooms are modern but still have that great old world charm. Breakfast buffet in included at no charge.

Location was very convenient. Breakfast and food in general was very good. The heated pool was a big plus.
