We were at Deluxe Double Room with river view. Luxurious and beautiful room, big complete bathroom with separate additional toilet. A balcony with magnificent view of the River Aare. On clear days we can even see the snow capped mountains in the background. High compliments to Bellevue team - Chiara, Tamara for your excellent service and care to both of us. She also offered practical assistance, such as finding a room that suited my needs and so on. She frequently checked in on us, offering comforting words and making sure we were okay. Her genuine care and concern helped to alleviate our worries and made us feel at ease. Her exceptional service, personal attention, and kind words turned a potentially difficult situation into a pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend Novotel Bern Expo Hotel, not only for its comfortable accommodations but also for the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make every guest feel special.

Neat and clean good atmosphere

I like the place because it is newly renovated. Pretty convenient and very clean hotel. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Providing free of charge coffee, tea and etc. is very cute. Using the tram nearby the city center is easily reached. The neighborhood is also pleasant and quiet with some restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. Breakfast is simple but very tasty and was just my type of food. Definitely I would use the hotel again if I have the chance.

Very clean and modern also in a good location not far from city centre and well connected. It’s also useful that they have a snack vending machine
