Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

The hotel on its own is astonishing. It’s very romantic and beautiful. The crew is very kind, the dishes were delicious. Rooms were very clean and well isolated as for such an old house. A gem in this region you truly want to spend your time.

The location is perfect for Puerto Varas, the price is beyond convinient for what you get. Even though there was a big festival in the town center (couple of blocks away) from the room you wouldn't hear any noise. The breakfast is not buffet, but served by a very nice lady and overall good.

Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.
