We have traveled a lot, but we have never seen such kindness and professionalism of the staff. The team of girls at the reception is absolutely fantastic. They take care of everything, help and advise in everything. They know everything that is happening in the city at that moment and advise on everything. Wonderful! The hotel is in a great location, and nearby there is a small shop, a restaurant with excellent noodles, Chinese pancakes and Peking duck. If I ever return to Beijing, Happy Dragon is my home. Don't hesitate, book without a worry. You will have a wonderful time. Girls, thank for everything!

Everything was perfect Location was excellent , room was clean and comfort, staff were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and professional ( speaking English fluently),, i felt like I was in my home, i loved the way they were treat guests and how they were contact with me before i arrived and sent me the details about everything i need for my trip, specially the lady at reception , her name is ( kandies ) - i hope i write her name correctly - they gave love and care to me , l loved the note which they gave me the night before i left the hotel, they are super nice ❤️ For sure I will book this hotel any time I come to visit Beijing .

Absolutely everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and kind, with many of them speaking English (special thank you to Kevin at reception). The beds were some of the comfiest I've ever slept on. Excellent location right next to the Dengshikou metro station (line 5), 10 minutes walking to Wangfujing, and about 30 minutes walking to Tianmen Sq/Forbidden City. Clean, comfortable, and great vibes overall at the hotel. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit to Beijing. Huge selection of items at breakfast - lots of Chinese options, lots of fruit, and plenty of Western options too. Breakfast was served buffet-style until about 10:30, then you could order from a menu until 2pm.
