Very kind, friendly and helpful staff, everybody was so nice to us and helped us with any questions. Receptionists know English well and offered us help with some reservations for tours, museums etc. Room was clean and warm even though the weather outside was cold, so it was very comfortable to come back to hotel after sightseeing.
