A modern, beautiful, and friendly hotel. A phenomenal location. However, the most important thing about this hotel is the professional staff, for whom nothing is impossible. In our case, we would especially like to thank and appreciate Doris's professionalism, commitment, empathy, and kindness. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea for guests. A free, fully equipped laundry room is also a plus. The hotel and staff fully deserve their five-star rating. I highly recommend it.

Staff were extremely helpful and offered choice of room as well as information about it. The facilities were excellent and great value for money. Hotels in Beijing at double the price were not so elegant and clean. Location was also excellent. It was quiet and private despite being in the very centre of Xi'an.

This is a small and charming boutique hotel very conveniently located. The room is large and clean, with all amenities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There is an attached bar & bistro with excellent cocktails and snacks. It's also where breakfast is served. The decorations are very contemporary and I love the look. I will come here again :)

    The staff were very friendly and the bedrooms were so cute! We stayed as a group of 4 in one of the 4-bed shares and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Well located just near Zhonglou station and the bell tower, the vibes were great!

    Great location. Just near zhonglou station exit. Many good options around the hotel. The breakfast is really delicious and with variety, I really enjoyed eating them daily for 4 days! Room is bigger than I thought and clean.
