It's my forth time in the Hotel. Perfect as always! Staff, location, breakfast. Even though they changed the format of the breakfast, it is still good. Restaurant is great for the evening. French cousine. I highly recommend this hotel.

With two kids , we planned to travel using Shanghai’s excellent subway system. The Hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from Shanghai Station, which connects to the major subway lines. What stood out for us was the great room, the excellent breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. They spent more than half an hour helping us out with the App system to secure bookings, understanding how everything works. Everyone worked with a smile and was very helpful. I don’t normally do this but will name drop some staff names here : Beck, Victoria, Eva, Alan, all in their own way created great memories and an atmosphere that we can’t recommend enough.

People there are very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Guo Rui 郭锐 was very professional and patient. We checked in by him, it let us feel like at home in the first moment. Thank you so much for the welcoming words and gesture. It’s always nice to see a nice smile from heart after 11 hours flight.
