The staff were exceptional - fluent in English, very welcoming, and always ready to help. They recommended excellent local restaurants and reserved a Great Wall tour for us. The location is perfect, with everything nearby. Truly an outstanding stay!

The food was great, free access to the gym and the pool, the room was cleaned everyday, washing machine is in the room, great staff. Additionally, no problems with the return of the deposit: I paid by cash, the return was in cash as well.
