SingaporeThe hotel was a simple one, but the service was really a tad too great that it didn’t matter that the room was simple. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable, and they really put your happiness and interest at heart. Will definitely miss this place and will so be happy to stay here again when I have the next chance to visit Beijing again

Lovely staff, who communicated so well before my arrival. A boutique and fresh feel whilst retaining some older style charm. Meal options good. Even gave me pastries to take on early morning trip to Great Wall. Near landmarks like drum tower. And metro a pleasant hutong-lanes walk not far. Free coffee in the lobby. Staff was very helpful when we wanted to change our booking. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to access from the airport and the food options in the area were some of the best we found. The room was perfect, really comfortable and clean. The food options at the hotel were great, we really enjoyed the Furonji restaurant for both breakfast and dinner! The staff here could not have been more helpful.
