What a lovely budget hotel in a fantastic location in beautiful Hangzhou. The room was super comfortable, and the desk team was very helpful and efficient. It is an excellent choice for exploring the old town. There's a bus stop right at the door. And the metro is also close. But you don't need to walk far to the wonderful old town and dozens and dozens of fabulous shops, cafes, and restaurants. Also close to the lake - an easy 20 minute walk

Great position, just a few minutes walk from the tube/subway station and about twenty minutes walk to the West lake via Wulin road. Kind and helpful staff. Very comfy, king-size bed. Surely recommended!

The staff was very friendly. One of the girls on the reception speak English, so it was really easy to get directions, or even ask to call a cab for you. The room itself was not very big, but that was not a problem, as we only wanted to sleep there. The bathroom was big enough. Right next to the hotel there is a 24/7 restaurant, which offers local food. Overall no complaints.

    Excellent hotel, quite close to the Hangzhou Railway Station, has a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. We had a great night staying there. Highly recommended, next time in China I'll look into SSAW hotels for staying!
