10/10 - Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities and Exceptional Service from Jonathan My stay at Huaqiang Plaza Hotel Shenzhen was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel offers incredible value with a range of complimentary services that made my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Jonathan at the reception provided outstanding service, ensuring that my stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. Accommodation and Amenities: The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary mini bar and night snacks were a delightful touch, ensuring I always had something to enjoy without additional charges. Breakfast was also included, with a great selection of delicious options to start the day off right. As an extra bonus, guests also get to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea, which was a perfect way to unwind in the afternoon. Service: Jonathan truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. He was always available to assist with any requests, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure all my needs were met. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor made a significant impact on my overall experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room is quiet with hot shower. The in-room AI control works great and its interaction with us adds fun to our stay. Staff are very courteous and responsive. And the hotel location is perfect - just one block away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street, which is so convenient and yet distant enough from the noises.

Staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. It was a surprise that there was a electronic bidget in the bathroom which usually can only find at hotels in Japan. Buffet breakfast was worth to try especially I had been offered a 20% off. There were lots of variety and the food were delicious. I did not expect we could have ice cream for breakfast buffet!

    The location was great though it took me a little while to figure out that the Luohu Port and Commercial City were quite close and accessible via subway just up the road. The breakfasts were excellent and there were some excellent small restaurants close by.

    We like it's location close to a busy area with a food street, and also within walking distance to the Luohu Port. The rooms are big although we didn't get as big a room as we did the first time we stayed. We also like the offer of free coffees as a welcome.
