The hotel is absolutely amazing. I am travelling the world woth my son and this trip was the best we ever had. We ended up staying longer. The host is amazing. She keeps in touch by wechat and she answered all our requests. She made our stay so much easier! The room is really spacious with comfy beds. The view is outstanding. I miss my mornings, when I just stared out of the window on the ancient city rooftops. The location is great- very centrally located yet you just make 1 turn from the buzzlin street and it's absolutely quiet. We had best nights there. Also during the whole stay i never locked the room and we were out till late. This is how safe it is. Priceless. I am the host myself and usually approach the hotels with high demands, but this time there was nothing to complain about. I purely enjoyed everything.

The room is very large, and the lady is very kind. The pick-up service provided is very considerate. The transportation is also very convenient, it's easy to take a taxi when going out, unlike living in an ancient city where getting out is very troublesome. The scenery of Lijiang is also very beautiful, and the lights in the ancient city are very beautiful at night. You must go there at night. The stunning view of Yulong Snow Mountain and Jinshan Ganhaizi is a must visit destination in Lijiang.

Xisu Garden is great. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. They help us book tour to JDSM and ensure the trip is smooth with the operator. They even help to hold my 9month old baby while we were having breakfast. And we were given free room upgrade as well, which we highly appreciated

In general, we like the warm and comfortable atmosphere of Muya, as well as the friendliness and hospitality of the owners and staff. I can definitely give it a perfect score. The warm hospitality of the staff and the comfortable environment of the inn made our stay unforgettable. The innkeeper was very friendly and hospitable. Ask him for activity suggestions, and he will reply in a timely manner. The staff also maintained the cleanliness and warmth of the room. Homemade breakfast is very rich and delicious. The courtyard is really a highlight for viewing the scenery of the ancient city of Lijiang. The toilet even has a heating function, so you don't have to worry about freezing when you go to the bathroom. In the ancient city of Lijiang, you don't have to worry about dragging your luggage, the host will find a tricycle driver to help you move your luggage! We love this place! I will definitely come back if I can.

Words cannot begin to describe how amazing my stay has been. I truly had such an amazing time staying here. staying at this place has been one of the highlights of my trip! The owners were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make my time in Lijiang unforgettable. They personally showed me around the ancient town, which was such a nice and personal touch and recommended me really good restaurants. The location of this place is also perfect, located inside old town next to many shops and restaurants — which is super convenient for exploring the area, and also close to the old town exit which is very convenient for tour bus pickups. When my tour that I booked online got cancelled last minute, they were incredibly helpful in arranging new tours, transport, and answering all my questions. They were always willing to assist with anything I needed, and they treated me like a friend rather than just a guest. They had so much enthusiasm and truly loved to show guests around and share a part of Lijiang with the guests. They made sure I left Lijiang with good memories. I was also gave me a room upgrade and the room was really beautiful, big and spacious, clean, had a beautiful view of the courtyard and had really nice interiors with an ancient city vibe. They also have 3 adorable dogs. Their hospitality truly made this one of the best accommodation experiences and most memorable I’ve had — and I’ve traveled a lot! I highly recommend this place to anyone - whether you’re a family, couple, friends or solo traveller visiting Lijiang. You’ll feel right at home! You won’t make a mistake of booking this place.
