SingaporeThe staff - Melody and guy - were extremely helpful in every way, replying to us on the messaging app, arranging for pickup transport from Gulinxi railway station, ordering dinner for us on the first day, arranging the tour to Longji rice terrace, giving us a free drink, sending dinner recommendation to us after the night cruise at 2 rivers and 4 lakes, and packing breakfast for us on the 3rd day when we were rushing off to the cruise to Yangshuo. They showed hospitality unreservedly.
Simple western or Chinese breakfast taste amazingly fresh every day - from the warm big egg, to noodles to the watermelon. We enjoyed breakfast against a breathtaking backdrop of Reed Flute Cliff.
We still think that the first dinner at this resort with beer fish and pork ribs were the best we had on this trip.

Michelle was such a warm and lovely host, offering to arrange our cruise and attraction tickets for us, even guiding us on a short walking tour from the accomodation to the nearest attraction (LuDi Cave). Lily and Xiaolan were extremely friendly and helpful too! Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

New ZealandWow! The staff here is very friendly. She loved telling us about all the best local spots. You can really feel the warmth of her service. On our first night there, we didn't want to go out because we were tired after a long day of travel so the staff showed us a demonstration of pouring Chinese tea using the artistic tea set they have. She also gave us some local Chinese desserts so that we could enjoy a quiet night drinking tea and chatting. A very personal experience.

PolandThe hotel looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The room is beautiful, modern, and clean, and the staff—especially Melody—are incredibly friendly and helpful. They offer two types of breakfast, Western and Chinese, both of which are delicious. I was initially worried about the location, but it turned out to be perfect. There are no crowds (even during Golden Week!), and it’s close to nature with Reed Flute Cave within walking distance. A taxi (Didi) ride to Guilin city center costs around 12 yuan (about 1.5-2 euros), which is really convenient, and I never had any issues with transportation. I hope to return one day!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the service is among the best I've ever had. The host took her time to help me plan my entire stay in Guilin including booking a river cruise and the bus ride to the docks. The staff is super friendly and happy to help you book activities. The food options in the restaurant are great, and they have Western and vegetarian options. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the Reed Flute Cave, which is a lot more quiet than the city. We rented bikes for a day to get into the city which is less than 20 mins away and safe enough for tourists, especially with the new bike roads around the village.
