The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city center, with Gunanmen and Rong Lake just outside the door.     Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room was excellent, clean, very spacious, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Hotel contacted us prior to our stay offering any support or services, we requested a Yangshou tour which was very good too. Great location, as located within walking distance from Guilin centre and also Seven Star Park.

    Good location within walking distance of Elephant Trunk Park and Seven Star Park. Very helpful staff that even recommended the transport to take on my next journey and even walked me to a nearby restaurant to have Guilin rice noodles. The staffs at the hostel even invited me to join for food and drinks, very friendly.

    The location is very good. It's close to the center. Just a short bus ride and you can get anywhere in the city. If you want to hike up some mountains or relax at a quieter place, you can visit Seven Star Park, which is right next to the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean. The owners were very friendly and did speak english. I even had the pleasure of enjoying dinner with the owners family at Moonfestival.

    Luca and his team-staff are incredibly friendly and they speak English very well (a rarity en China). They recommended us how to visit the city and the surroundings and they helped us manage the bus reservation to visit nearby areas. The room was large and clean and has everything we needed. Located in front of entrance Seven Star Park and in a street with a lot restaurants and shops.
