The hotel offers incredible value with a range of complimentary services that made my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Jonathan at the reception provided outstanding service, ensuring that my stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. Accommodation and Amenities: The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary mini bar and night snacks were a delightful touch, ensuring I always had something to enjoy without additional charges. Breakfast was also included, with a great selection of delicious options to start the day off right. As an extra bonus, guests also get to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea, which was a perfect way to unwind in the afternoon. Service: Jonathan truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Liaoje metro station in front of hotel , just 1 minute walk, pedestrian street is there also. all is clean and the room look new. everything is great except one of a lady in reception who cannot speak cantonese, she is not friendly and don't care about what customer say. cleaning staff very cute and polite to us. I’ve been working in China for over 25 years, and for the past 15, I’ve made it a habit to stay in the Shangri-La hotels chain — mainly for the consistency and predictability. But this hotel truly stands out. It’s not just good — in my opinion, it’s the best I’ve stayed in. With a bit of humour, I’d say the CEO of this hotel probably has the easiest job in the world, because the staff does it all. From reception to housekeeping, from room service to concierge, the "Horizon" Lounge team - every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay comfortable. What impressed me most is that this wasn’t a one-time fluke. I’ve returned to this hotel several times over the past few years, and each visit reaffirmed my impression: the quality of service is consistently outstanding. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable, and everything works, which, for frequent travellers, is priceless. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like coming back, not just because it’s convenient, but because it feels like a home away from home—highly recommended.
