I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and well equipped. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. The hotel even offered a free city tour with excellent guides, which made the experience unforgettable. It's very convenient the location of the hotel with a shopping mall across the street, with restaurants, shops and a super market on the basement. I received a great support from their concierge Blithe. He is super efficient and help me solve how to send a parcel to another city as well as solve to receive other parcels in the Hotel! Definitely it's a great place to stay. Also the service at the lobby bar from all the girls specially Julia is super attentive and friendly.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It's a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The water and beverages in the room are free. What impressed me most was the garden design on the third floor. The price is also very reasonable.

The level of service is none that I have experienced before. The luxury hotel lives up to its name of healing and wellbeing in luxury. Offering spa treatments, yoga classes, gym sessions, and even right down to providing the types of foods based on your blood pressure for the day. Like woah! I love the smell. Cinnamon, I won't forget. The restaurants within have everything that anyone could wish for to eat. Laundry was really quick. This hotel delivers what they say they have to offer.
