Wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well located. There was a great selection of delicious food for breakfast. There was coffee, tea and water in the room, all at no extra charge. We also had the famous Hot Pot dinner in the hotel restaurant which was exceptional. The metro station was just around the corner. We were very grateful that the receptionist allowed us to have the room 5 hours before check in. The hotel was quiet, there was no outside noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel really welcome. Special thanks to Kevin.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what every traveller is looking for!!! The English speaking staff is amazing, very nice, polite and very very helpful, which can make you travel around Beijing much easier (train tickets reservations, entrance bookings etc.) The location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and subway stations around. Everything they advertise is true. You can be on WhatsApp as well. The room is not the biggest, but there is everything you need. If you are picky and looking for luxury accommodation, you may find some little imperfections, but if you are a normal traveler, this is 100% YES!!! I rarely rate this high, but this place is unique and definitely deserves it. Many other hotels should take this place as an example, their friendly polite and helpful approach. Congratulations and keep doing this perfect job. My recommendation: don't hesitate a single moment and go for this place!!!
