Jenny was extremely helpful in giving suggestions about the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie area. Helped is purchase the tickets which were very easy to retrieve from the ticket office. She also helped us with getting to Wulingyuan via bus instead of taxi. It was easy to communicate with her and the room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and internet fast.

Lovely hotel next to the wonder of the world. This is a very cozy and comfortable hotel, with hospitable people who will help in everything and feed if you did not have time to have dinner. We were fed with dumplings and wontons, they were very tasty and fresh. The hotel is close to the second lift to the top and Fairy Fox Theater. The beds are comfortable, the blankets are large and soft. There are air conditioners, balcony. The towels are soft and absorb moisture well. Excellent and soft toothbrushes. On the ground floor there is a massage chair and billiards.

张家界天门山伴田居民宿 is a famous hotel in Zhang Jiajie and has great reputaion from national and foreign customers. It takes a convinient location.

I liked absolutely everything! There is a free shuttle service from and to the station. There is a restaurant with an electronic menu, which is very convenient. The lobby and restaurant area is stylishly decorated. For communication, the hosts used a translation gadget and downloaded our language - it's just wow! We had pre-booked tickets for attractions. The hotel has an elevator and the room has smart curtains that open themselves. One of the best hotels we have visited in China.
