Wenshu Monastery
Rebuilt in 1697, the original monastery fell victim to the Ming dynasty war, with its current reconstruction standing as the best-preserved Buddhist temple in Chengdu. Still a place of local worship, the temple house many cultural relics such as precious paintings, 300 Buddha statues and sutras written in the blood of Chan masters’ tongues.

The room was very spacious and had an ample terrace. The location is fantastic, very close to Wenshu monastery and to the subway station. I stayed here 6 years ago and was happy to visit this place again. Good location (15 min by feet from metro Wenshu monastery, in historical center of city), it's easy to find using google maps. Personal speaks very fluent English, they are very friendly. There are different activities (like party) in this hotel. Room is very clean, coffe-machine and bar in lobby, wi-fi works good.
