Perfect location, excellent staff, of particular mention Lucky Qui and Lancy Dong. The food was excellent with a wide choice of western cuisine. Unlimited water, coffee etc provided. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will return. A very nice touch was a bottle of red wine delivered to the room on my wife's birthday. All staff were excellent, friendly and many spoke good English.

We loved our stay. The hotel is very well located, and at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area. The breakfast is very good. The cleanliness is the same. But what really enchanted us was the way the staff treated my family. Zoe, and especially Maya, are charming people who were very professional, efficient and friendly, willingly helping us with all our needs and questions, such as recommending tours, places to shop and restaurants. They speak fluent English, which helped even more. Finally, I would like to end the review by giving special praise to Maya. What a nice, good-natured and kind person! My 6-year-old daughter fell in love with her, as she was treated like a princess. Thank you very much for the happy moments we had in Beijing. We will never forget!

We were treated very warmly, the staff in the hotel is great and they go far and beyond to make sure so enjoy your stay and discover beijing. The place is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is quite ok and you can enjoy f ree coffe, tea and water during your stay. They even make sure via whatsapp, daily that we were having fun and wanted to help in case we encounter any problems. We are four sure coming back our next time in Beijing. Thank you!!! ❤️
