Yellow Crane Tower
Yellow Crane Tower has come to be the symbol of Wuhan. The five storey pagoda was destroyed and rebuilt many times over the centuries, with the current structure built as late as the 80s. However, records show its existence since 223 AD. Perched atop Snake Hill, on the banks of the Yangtze River, its iconic red-and-yellow form can be spotted from miles around.
