I had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The location for us was perfect just a few hundred metres up the road to La Piedra ( The Rock) we were able to go early morning to beat the crowds and the heat then back to the hotel for a lake swim. The rooms are beautifully appointed with an eye to detail , Robes , hairdryer, nice towels and toiletries, free coffee pods. The bed was dreamy comfortable! The restaurant was also very nice we ate dinner one night and had 2 very nice breakfasts on the terrace. Theres a large cold water jacuzzi which we enjoyed and the view over the lake and bridge leading to Guatape was lovely. We took a tuk tuk into the Zocolo to enjoy the old town ambience. Staff were excellent and theres good parking on site which was perfect for our Motorcycle.

Great service from staff. Super friendly and helpful. Beautiful glamping style rooms surrounded by nature. Menu was divine. Great for a couples getaway for about 2/3 nights.

The view was amazing! Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great. It was super nice to have the jacuzzi, perfect for some relaxation time and then laying down on the katamaran net to enjoy the view was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and staff was very kind. Very good location since it’s only 3min by boat from center of Guatape.
