The location was ideal for our stay. I adored every aspect of it! The hotel is well designed and each room is outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was really pleasant and helpful. You can easily go around because ii is a two-minute walk to the nearest metro station

The hotel is extremely clean, the cleaning lady changed towels every morning, cleaned the room and used glasses. Very friendly staff, great location (15 minutes on foot to the old town, Florenc station 2 minutes away). There are many comments about the parking. I read the advice in one of the previous comments to park at the last stop of Metro C- Letnany. The metro ride from there takes 10 minutes, from the Florenc station to the hotel is a 2-3 minute walk (parking costs 6.5e/day). We recommend it. The rooms are very spacious.

The breakfast was excellent and it had many choices for all dietary requirements. The rooms were kept clean and had all the necessary amenities required for a comfy stay. The fact it is part of Fenix mall was beneficial as there is a shopping area and food court.
