The hotel is at excellent location.,not far from old town area.There is metro within 500 m connecting you everywhere in Prague.The rooms were neat,with gastop,utensils etc for cooking. The staff were excellent, they don't disturb you except for cleaning.

Location is very good, right next to a mall with everything you need. The room was nice with a bath tub. Staff is very friendly, and breakfast was very good. You can park at the hotel and take the train to midtown in 20 minutes.

I gave this 10/10 just for the Manager with glasses he helped with an issue with bed so he changed my room, and for the lady in the Breakfast area she is amazing and friendly, but the guy in the reception refused to help me and asked me to pay for the changing room and that was on my first day of arrival !!! Very bad customer service from him it was on the 14/9 at night i think you should gave him some training course with customer service or let him work in the gas station next to the hotel.
