WOW!!! Good clean room, when we entered there wes compilementary wine, raffaelo, water, coffe and tea in the room. Nice room and bathroom with a bathub. There was no noise to heard, very quiet. Breakfast excellant! Reception staff very friendly and helpfull, I think they should get bonuses on busy days..Other staff also friendly. The hotel is located 2 minutes from a tram station, and with the tram you are for 15minutes in city center. Everything was great!!! We would deffinently come back again sometime :)

Staff was very friendly and they showed us all the attractions in Prague and gave us tips for our journey. Special thanks to Ivan at the reception that speeks serbian, he was wonderful!! Hotel has its own huge garage, and car was not needed for our stay because the metro station is just around the hotel entrance. It is a 5 minute ride to the Prague center. Hotel provides you with everything you need, sheets and towels are changed daily and rooms are very clean. In summary, the hotel is exceptional!!! All the best!
