WOW!!! Good clean room, when we entered there wes compilementary wine, raffaelo, water, coffe and tea in the room. Nice room and bathroom with a bathub. There was no noise to heard, very quiet. Breakfast excellant! Reception staff very friendly and helpfull, I think they should get bonuses on busy days..Other staff also friendly. The hotel is located 2 minutes from a tram station, and with the tram you are for 15minutes in city center. Everything was great!!! We would deffinently come back again sometime :)

Hotel is wonderful and staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, and location is great, even if you reply on public transport. They even go the extra mile to acomodate you.

The beds were so comfortable I thought I was on a CLOUD. You get to pick from three different pillows, each different size and softness, and you just don't want to get up in the morning! There was also an overhead "rain" shower, and in case you haven't tried one yet, it's like the water gives you a nice warm hug. Very please, will definitely travel here again!

Although we stayed for just one night, we really enjoyed everything that the hotel was offering. For starters, the young people that welcomed us at the reception were exceptionally nice and helpful. We were welcomed with some discounts and the offer of welcome drinks at the hotel bar. The room was very nice, clean and comfy with a really beautiful view of the city. The hotel is near the metro station, which is really convenient and easy to use. We also had our breakfast there and the least we can say is that it was amazing, it had everything you could think of, as well as some decent vegan options. Lastly, Prague is one of the most beautiful cities we have visited and the hotel Uno only added to the impression and good experience.
