A special thank you goes to Eliza, who demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and kindness. I had mistakenly left my money in the safe when checking out and heading to the airport. After calling the reception, Eliza immediately took action, coordinated everything, and personally ensured the money was delivered to me at the airport. This thoughtful gesture gave me 100% confidence in the integrity and dedication of the staff. It is a strong reminder that the quality of the staff is the most important factor when choosing a place to stay. Kudos to the management for assembling such a fantastic team, especially Eliza and Alina, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay worry-free. Very cozy hotel that has a great location, near the Vltava embankment. It is clean and tidy here, the hotel staff is friendly. Breakfasts were very tasty. I highly recommend the Hermitage Hotel. Thanks one more time for your hospitality.

Quiet and cozy venue located directly in park. The surroundings are amazing if you want to escape the noise of the city. It took us less than 10 mins to the next subway station & another 10 mins till the city center. My favorite place from now on when in Prague.
