    Very clear instructions and easy to pick up keys and get into the property. Easy walk from train station. Good location for the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen - we stayed here when going to a concert. The flat had everything needed including a coffee machine & pods. The decor is fun & whacky. The host, Angelina, very kindly had left a cake for us :-)

    The staff was very lovely, friendly always said hello or good morning. All very approachable. I liked the location, I was going to concerts at Veltins Arena, it’s a 45 minute walk there which is convenient because after the concert the trams where full. If you do want to use the trams the stops are 2 minutes from the front door. The room was very clean and modern.

    We attended the Taylor Swift concert in The Veltins arena. This was perfect for our requirements. Close to where we needed to go, basic but perfectly clean and functional.

    It’s a very nice flat with a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge, electric cooker. The bedroom is beautiful, light, with a big wardrobe. The bathroom is also very clean and functional. There are also washing machines in the basement (which we didn’t use). It takes about 2 minutes to get to a supermarket and 5 minutes to the railway station. There is also a tram station nearby that gets you right to the Veltins Arena and Essen.

    The room was OK, location is close to Veltins Arena. Close to the hotel there is tram station with easy access to the city center and railway station. I was allowed to check-in 3 hours earlier, thank you very much for it.
