All very approachable. I liked the location, I was going to concerts at Veltins Arena, it’s a 45 minute walk there which is convenient because after the concert the trams where full. The bedroom is beautiful, light, with a big wardrobe. The bathroom is also very clean and functional. There are also washing machines in the basement (which we didn’t use). It takes about 2 minutes to get to a supermarket and 5 minutes to the railway station.
