excellent breakfast + free parking at Hotel site and along the streets. extra clean, well arranged room - it little bit reminds me dormitory in a good way. hot water, radiator works well - warm and quite room we had. bed also comfortable. all necessary things are prepared, comfortable.,. quiet & clean neighbors and location is very good. 25 min to Alexander platz by S-bhan (Karlhost) - from the hotel 10 min by walk and the train goes to City center come every 10 min.
