A perfectly situated (5 minutes from train station, parking garage literally next to the hotel), truly 4star hotel in all aspects, right in the heart of Regensburg. Could not have been happier with everything. Recently renovated, with nicely appointed rooms, perfect bathrooms, fabulous breakfast and nice staff. We spent 5 nights at the Walhalla Hotel Regensburg Hoeferer. The beautifully maintained building has all the amenities one can expect from a high-quality hotel. The large garden is well-kept, the interior is designed with taste, the modern furnishings and appliances are of high quality. Everything is very clean and well cared for. The family is very nice; they made us feel at home. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The location, in a suburb of Regensburg, is perfect for a longer stay to explore eastern Bavaria. In sum, everything was perfect, we would love to go back!
