The interior design and layout of the hotel and room was extremely comfortable and relaxing! The staff made me feel like I was staying with a good friend. The best hotel stay that I can think of.

The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly. Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither. So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.

The reception was always very attentive and professional accommodating all our requests, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was a bit warm as the sun was hitting it during the day and because there was no AC available. But not an issue at this time of the year. Will definitely recommend.
